Image of Coping with Exam Stress

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are very aware that exams have the potential to exacerbate feelings of anxiety and stress amongst young people. Whilst students should be encouraged to work hard, it is important that this should not be at the expense of their well-being.

There is a range of advice and guidance available for you and your child that is designed to help alleviate or lessen the anxiety they have about sitting exams.

The following links are worth looking at and discussing with your child, and we hope you find them of use over the coming weeks.

Thank you once again for your continued support
